Inspiring

i had an amazing time at the northampton visit

it was so inspiring to hear all the triumphs and trials

that they themselves or people then knew had gone through.

i was even more taken back by what the palestinian people

had to go through just to live a normal life.

it was really interesting to see how the girls interacted with 

other women from countries and community who also go 

through struggles and issues of a similar nature or severity.

it was nice to see how much people care but at the same time

a sad sight to see that so much help is needed but not enough

assistance is at hand to help those who are trying to help others.

it was lovely to witness the beautiful music they sang

and watched the traditional dances they performed for us,

in demonstrating a wedding ceremony as one of the girls was

engaged.

it was also a pleasure to accompany the girls in my home town of

London and see the sights that that the west end had to offer with them.

The women's international event was so nice, a really warm evening

fulled by respect and love.

thanks to technology i am able to keep in contact with some of the girls

now that they have returned to palestine.

i hope to see them again in the near future and God willing, possibly volunteer to 

go there myself
